Raats Family Cabernet Franc 2007 displays hints of cinnamon, clove nutmeg, dark chocolate, springbok loin and herbaceousness. Grapes were three times hand selected; destalked, green berries were taken out, all of that to ensure that only the best grapes will go to the winemaking process.
