Estate White 2024
• A Bordeaux inspired blend showcasing the harmony of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, crafted to echo the structure and elegance of great Bordeaux Blanc.
• Layered complexity from diverse terroir – Semillon from alluvial soils adds richness and lime zest character, while shale grown Semillon brings freshness and a fine line of acidity.
• Precision craft in the cellar – whole bunch pressing, barrel fermentation, and careful lees work build texture, balancing the natural purity, density, and high acidity of Schaapenberg-grown Sauvignon Blanc.
• Luke O’Cuinneagain, Winemaker: “What’s so important for me about this wine is that we get an expression of the vintage coming through as well as a sense of place… a bottle of wine is both a snapshot of the geography and geology and a point in time.”

Estate Red 2022
• A Cabernet Sauvignon–led Bordeaux blend that showcases harmony and depth. Supported by Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec, this blend captures the classic structure and elegance of Bordeaux while expressing our unique sense of place.
• Why we blend: like a violinist joining an orchestra. A solo violin can be beautiful, but when placed within an orchestra—surrounded by brass, woodwinds, and percussion—the piece becomes richer, more layered, more complete. Blending works the same way: each varietal has a distinct voice, but together they create a wine with greater balance, complexity, and harmony than any one component could achieve alone.
• What each varietal contributes:
Cabernet Sauvignon: Density, structure, and age worthy backbone.
Merlot: Plush, red fruited generosity that softens and rounds the blend.
Cabernet Franc: Freshness, lift, and mineral complexity that tightens and refines.
Petit Verdot: Perfume, colour, and aromatic intensity.
Malbec: Juicy richness and an added layer of generosity.
• Versatile, expressive, and built to age. This wine captures both the character of our property and the nuance of each vintage. Its tension and balance make it food friendly across a wide range of dishes, while its structure ensures it can be enjoyed now or cellared for rewarding complexity over time.
