The Reserve Range is crafted from grapes grown on the Estate. Each bottle is printed on 100% recycled paper and packaged in 100% recyclable materials, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. These wines are also vegan friendly.
Reserve Chardonnay 2024
• Three terroirs in one glass. Crafted from grapes grown on granitic, shale, and alluvial soils, this Chardonnay captures a layered, authentic expression of the estate’s diverse geology.
• Purity Through Natural Fermentation: A thoughtful balance of spontaneous and inoculated ferments, along with partial malolactic fermentation, brings depth, texture, and refined elegance.
• Crafted Against the Odds:Vineyard challenges—especially browsing buck—make a challenge against the loss of crops, elevating the wine’s exclusivity. Out of all the vineyards, the buck have a specific preference for our Reserve Chardonnay vineyards.
Reserve Merlot 2022
• Sourced from mid-slope vineyards rich in clay, the fruit achieves exceptional concentration, plushness, and structure.
• Strategic canopy opening on the afternoon side ensures optimal sunlight exposure, enhancing ripeness and flavour purity.
• Small Berries, Big Impact: Limiting crop loads and smaller bunches deliver deeply flavoured, beautifully balanced Merlot with remarkable finesse.
