Charles Back is a prominent member of the South African Wine industry - having taken Fairview and Spice Route to incredible heights. He is also a land-owner of many vineyards in Darling and he predicts that Darling will be the new darling of the wine industry.
He is a long-time friend of Charles Withington, so it was apt to have him speak at Charles' farewell from the Darling Wine Shop. Charles is stepping aside to take it easy, and handed over the keys to Christelle vd Vyver, who has been running the store alongside Charles for 4 years.
