Our wines are born in the vineyards and brought to life in our world-class, modern cellar. The cellar cuts into the hillside and blends seamlessly with the rolling contours of the surrounding valley, with breathtaking views of Table Bay and Table Mountain.
Our small cellar within the larger cellar allows our winemakers to be innovative, and create truly hand-crafted wines with different styles and cultivars utilising a small basket press, small fermentation tanks and amphorae.
