Zonnebloem Wines
Distell's not a name you'll see on too many bottles of wine, but the company is a giant of the South African wine industry, and produces more than a third of the country's still and sparkling wine. It was formed in 2000 when Stellenbosch Farmers Winery merged with Distillers Corporation, and now has under its umbrella several of the Cape's most famous names, such as Alto, Fleur du Cap, Nederburg, Plaisir de Merle, Pongracz, Stellenzicht and Zonnebloem.
