The grapes for the Villiera Sauvignon Blanc are picked at optimum ripeness, mainly in the early morning to take advantage of cooler conditions. It reflects the trend towards fruit driven wines displaying intense varietal characters. The inclusion of some wine from our old Bushvine vineyard provides greater freshness and vibrancy.
