Lida Malandra is the General Manager of Enartis South Africa. In 2003, Malandra completed a Masters degree in molecular microbiology at Stellenbosch University and has since enjoyed many years of consulting in both the local and international wine industries. Malandra’s passion for the South African wine industry drives her determination to add value to all producers. This she successfully delivers through knowledge transfer and providing innovative production strategies and ingredients.
