Jean Vincent Ridon demonstrates how to use a Port Tong (Tenaz)

The WOSA 2019 Sommelier World Cup Finals took place on Sat 21 Sept at The Vineyard Hotel.
11 semi-finalists from all over the globe came to South Africa to participate and after a morning of tests, 3 finalists emerged.
They were then put through their paces and one of the tests was to open a bottle of De Krans Reserve Port which apparently had a stuck cork.
They were given a Port Tong (also known as Tenaz in Portuguese).
None of the contestants managed to get it to work, so seasoned ASI Qualified Sommelier Jean Vincent Ridon demonstrated how to do it.
He also struggled but watch as he shows us how to use it.
