Denzel Swarts was born Koelenhof and grew up on the Simonsig Wine Estate, Stellenbosch. He has worked his way up and educated himself through various courses and has become an example of how education and drive can make a difference to your life, no matter your circumstances and background. He has started a movement called Son of the Soil, which is making a difference in young people's lives and he has great plans to take this further.
Denzel was the Tasting Room manager at Simonsig for a few years and now representing them out in the trade.
