Denovan Daniels addresses the SKOP Graduates - Oct 2017

Denovan Daniels is a Cellar worker at Jordan wines in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
He is one of the first 5 graduates of the accredited National Certificate in Winemaking - NQF level 3 - an 18-month long course run by Wine Training South Africa as part of SKOP (Senior Cellar Worker Training Program) - initiated by EKOV - the Elsenburg Agricultural College Alumni group in 1987.
SKOP celebrated 30 years of training and education in the South African Winelands this year and Denovan talks about his experiences.
He is currently working at Jordan winery near Stellenbosch.
His winemaker boss, Sjaak Nelson, presented Denovan with a very special Jordan wine made specifically for the Cape Winemakers Guild, without whose support this training would not be happening.
