Keize Mumba, born and bred in Zambia, tumbled into hospitality 3 years ago, working as a waiter at a bistro style, exclusive restaurant in Cavendish mall; JB Rivers. It’s there where he discovered this complex, yet endearing beverage called wine. He is now mastering the art of serving a guest in a fine dining setting in Azure Restaurant at the Twelve Apostles.
