The Neil Ellis Vineyard Selection Range of wines represent the best of what the Neil Ellis team are capable of producing. The 2010 Vineyard Selection Sauvignon Blanc comes from one particular vineyard in the Jonkershoek Valley. The wines are predominantly barrel fermented but the oak is not allowed to overpower the wine.
