Ntobeko Manzana is a young wine steward who is keen to make his mark and is the nominated candidate from the Arabella Hotel & Spa near Bot River (about 100km from Cape Town, South Africa.) He is participating in the 2016 Cape Legends Interhotel Challenge - which is in its 4th year - where wine stewards and young chefs from around the country test their knowledge and skills - against their counterparts from other hotels around the country.
