Ntoululeko Khohlokane is a young wine steward who is keen to make his mark and is the nominated candidate from the CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre) Cape Town, South Africa. He is participating in the 2016 Cape Legends Interhotel Challenge - which is in its 4th year - where wine stewards and young chefs from around the country test their knowledge and skills - against their counterparts from other hotels around the country.
