Michelle Swart is a young wine steward from the Helderberg who is keen to make her mark and is the nominated candidate from NH Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West, near Cape Town, South Africa. She is participating in the 2016 Cape Legends Interhotel Challenge - which is in its 4th year - where wine stewards and young chefs from around the country test their knowledge and skills.
