Wonga Nongqotho is a young wine steward who is keen to make his mark and is the nominated candidate from The Cape Grace Hotel in the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, South Africa. He is participating in the 2016 Cape Legends Interhotel Challenge - which is in its 4th year - where wine stewards & young chefs from around the country test their knowledge and skills - against their counterparts from other hotels around the country.
