Gareth Ferreira, currently working in London, became South Africa's first top somm in the South African Sommelier Association (SASA) Competition earlier in 2016. He is currently representing South Africa at the World Best Sommelier competition being held in Mendoza, Argentina and already is one of the 15 Semi-finalists. Finals on 19th April. He talks to Jean Vincent Ridon about his first test at the competition.
