2016 Harvest will go down as being a challenging one, unlike 2015 which was recorded as being a stellar year for white wine. David ,Tammy and Alex give us some insight with regards to the 2016 harvest at Cederberg Cellars and how through hard work and attention to detail they managed to get some good aromatic components in their Sauvignon Blanc. The low acidity promotes beautiful mouth feel which will make for a successful 2016 vintage.
