Grande Provence Rosé is a pale pink, delicately fruity wine with nuances of apple and fresh berries with a dry and crisp finish. Perfectly balanced, this is a wonderful quaffing wine for a warm summer`s day.Made from free run juice from our very best Merlot and Cabernet grapes with the merest hint of blush from minimal skin contact. The juice was settled and cold fermented to capture the ripe and vibrant fruitiness of the two varieties. This wine is aged in tank for a brief duration of 6 months to allow for harmony between the components and then bottled early to present a fresh, fruit forward wine.Grande Provence Wine Estate is nestled in the beautiful Franschhoek Valley in South Africa’s Western Cape.
