Mike Ratcliffe, CEO of Warwick Wines, is the founder of Rootstock, an initiative he derived years ago after seeing a gap in the wine industry for a forum in which young wine makers and marketing personnel could meet to discuss wine related topics. This organisation has been dormant for a while and recently resuscitated with an event at Warwick at which Mark Norrish spouted forth his philosophies on wine and the future.
