Jorald Julie is a candidate from Mauritius, participating in the Best Sommelier competition in the world in Mendoza, Argentina. Jorald is the Assistant Corporate Sommelier at Constance Hotels and Resorts and was Best Sommelier Mauritius in 2012. He speaks to Jean Vincent Ridon from South Africa about getting into the 2016 quarter finals.
