Most people who are exposed to wine remember the 'aha' moment when they really managed to taste and recognise something in the wine. Prince Mabena - finalist in the 2014 Cape Legends Interhotel Challenge recalls his moment which really made wine come alive for him. He is a wine steward at the Southern Sun Hyde Park Hotel - and the winner of this year's challenge will be announced at a glittering affair at the Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel on the 25th July 2014... we are all holding our collective breath!
