The legendary Farrow Ranch in Alexander Valley provides some of the best soil and growing conditions that Sonoma County has to offer. From this special site, winemaker Jesse Katz has had the distinct pleasure of working with a truly exceptional block of Cabernet Sauvignon for a private label project called, The Bridge, in partnership with Ken Forrester. This wine displays layers of black fruit and red fruit interspersed with licorice, tobacco leaf, earth and hints of wood spice. It is full-bodied, has excellent purity and was bottled with no fining or filtration. An impressive, concentrated wine to drink over the next 15 or so years.
