Hot Spiced Wine

Ingredients:
750ml Robertson Natural Sweet Red
1/4 Cup Rum
2 tbsp Honey
6 Dried Figs, quarterer
2 oranges, juiced
3 apples, chopped in 2 cm blocks
3 cinnamon sticks
5 cloves

Method:
– Chop the dried figs in quarters, juice oranges, chop apples in 2 cm blocks.
– Add Robertson Natural Sweet Red to a pan with all the ingredients.
– Bring to a simmer for 10 – 12 minutes.
– Turn Heat off and let infuse for another 10 minutes.
– Divide into cups and serve while hot.
