Anthonij Rupert Wyne Estate welcomes #OOYoungStars2021

Anthonij Rupert Wyne Estate is set on the slopes of the Great Drakenstein Mountain range, comprising two historic farms: L’Ormarins and Anthonij Rupert Estate. With two tasting rooms, four state-of-the-art cellars, a lovingly tended rose garden, herb garden, vineyards, the Franschhoek Motor Museum and the Drakenstein Stud Farm.

Rupert Wines today encapsulates six distinctive wine brands, made from some of the finest sites in the Western Cape, South Africa. The Capsicum Culinary Studio #OOYoungStars2021 set about discovering The Cape of Good Hope range, which pays tribute to the vinous heritage of the Western Cape, using grapes from old vines and unique sites to celebrate the impressive inheritance of terroir, climate, soil, and grape variety.

The food side of this spectacular property is lovingly inspired and represented by Terra del Capo, as perfectly organised as their superb wines. Whether it be their newest baby, growing truffles or their very special way with herbs both medicinal and culinary, all these excellent projects are driven with both passion and charm by Gidi Caetano who together with her dedicated team have taken these projects under her wing. It was a particularly special and noteworthy day when Gidi Caetano shared her undoubted expertise with the Capsicum team; Jordan Mans, Wright Mzizi and Imtiyaaz Hart with Campus Principal Candice Burger-Cupido.
