Durbanville Hills - ABSA Pinotage 2020

The Durbanville Hills range has become an established brand with 22 years of perfecting their winemaking. The Collector’s Reserve range was introduced three years ago with each bottle uniquely named after well-known beacons in Cape Town, like the Promenade Pinotage.

Moreover, the wines in this range are uniquely designed with an artwork of Theo Paul Vorster, which makes the bottles a collector’s item in itself.

Wilhelm Coetzee, red-winemaker and Martin Moore, founder and cellarmaster, describe the Pinotage as gentle wines, with soft tannin structure, but also with a good palette weight. “The wine is a beautiful expression of authentic South African Pinotage.” Furthermore, the Durbanville Hills farm offers various wine tasting and pairing experiences and is also home to the prize-winning Tangram restaurant.
