Eben Sadie & the Ninja Bomber

Eben Sadie is one of South Africa's icon winemakers from Sadie Family Wines. He has been farming in the Swartland for many years, and his approach to planting has changed over the years to take into account the drought and climate change.
His wines have reached cult status and hard to come by.
He plants varieties which are tough, he plants bush vines with cover crops because that is sustainable farming.
Look out for his wines if you can find them.

wine.co.za gets limited stock in August annually - The Columella, Sequillo, Old Vine Skerpioen, Mev Kirsten (the oldest block of Chenin Blanc in the country from the Jonkershoek valley in Stellenbosch)
