Making Merry with & bubbles!

Christmas is about family, friends, bubbles, food and generally kicking back and relaxing! Judy Brower, CFO (Chief Food Organiser) at cooked up a delicious Xmas lunch with recipes going back to her ouma! Glazed gammon, slaphakskeentjies, roasted butternut & couscous, baby spinach leaves with roasted beetroot shavings... These were enjoyed by winemakers Pieter Ferreira from Graham Beck, Carla Cutting from Perdeberg, Elunda Basson from Pongracz and Niel Bester from Plaisir de Merle who shared their delicious bubbles and favourite Christmas moments with us.
