Join Cathy Marston of IWEC and Pieter Ferreira from Graham Beck for a WSET level 3 & WSET level 4 sparkling wine class via Zoom. He'll be taking us through the choices available to winemakers at every stage of the process of making traditional method sparkling wine and explaining the impact they have on style, quality and price of the final product (WSET Level 3). Afterwards, he'll move onto discussing international fizz in more detail (suitable for WSET Level 4 & Master of Wine students).
