What you will need:
Large pitcher and glasses Crushed Ice Sliced Fresh limes Fresh Lemongrass 50 ml Rum 150 ml
Ginger Beer 100ml coconut water RW Natural Sweet White, ICE COLD
Method:
Bruise the lemongrass.
Add crushed ice, limes slices, bruised lemongrass, rum, ginger beer, coconut water & top it up with RW Natural Sweet White wine and stir with fresh lemongrass.
Add fresh lime slices to glass & decant Ginger Beer & Coconut Cooler into glasses.
